Okay, really now, rules were a great idea. I'm so glad I invented them. Just like every other place in society, Rosewood has its own set of rules. Below, I have highlighted some of the things that you should and should not do. Please read them all thoroughly. Actually, for all I care, you can just glance over them, just memorize them to the best of your abilities.
Oh, but Malady, I'm too lazy to read all of this!
I'm sorry I made it so long! It's okay, though, because I can glow in the dark now. Meaning I can see your sins. Even if you don't know it's against the rules, I and the other administrator(s) will. You will be persecuted according to your offenses.
I didn't know that was against the rules, Malady! Why would you ban me for that? Why would you do that to me?
Huh, what? Oh, sorry, tl;dr.
Now go, my darling: read.
Out-of-Character & Overall
1. Content should never pass PG-13.
2. Respect everyone.
3. Speak the Queen's English.
4. Don't start any drama.
5. Use common sense.
In-Character
1. Powerplaying and godmodding are prohibited.
2. Do not use Mary Sues, in any form.
Alright, I think that covers just about everything! Like I said, these rules are subject to change at any time, and you should check them semi-frequently if possible to see if there have been any changes made.
If I have to make a rule because of one person, I will personally curb stomp you.
Now get out there and have fun! <3

Out-of-Character & Overall
1. Content should never pass PG-13.
This is really easy to understand, isn't it? This is a forum made by a teenager with no life, it's populated by teenagers and young adults, so you should expect to see some slightly strange content. But we're supposed to be a cool PG-13 movie, not that rated R movie that everyone wishes they had the guts to go see.
2. Respect everyone.
See that guy there? Yeah, that one with the face? Don't you just hate him?
Nobody cares. Do not harass him. If he asks you to stop doing something around him, like idk using profanity, stop it. Also, it's usually a good idea to listen to the administrators. We're happy customers when you do.
3. Speak the Queen's English.
You will be slapped with a herring if you skimp out on your words just because you're lazy. If we have enough courtesy to address you using the best English we can attempt to use, have the courtesy to return the favour.
4. Don't start any drama.
Drama llamas will be shot on sight and their bodies ritualistically devoured.
5. Use common sense.
Okay, maybe common sense isn't, but use it or you will die.
In-Character
1. Powerplaying and godmodding are prohibited.
If you do not know what these terms are, it's okay. I will explain them to you right now. Powerplaying is essentially when you take control of your roleplaying partner's character(s) without their expressed permission. Godmodding is when your character makes a poor imitation of me at my best- they dodge every hit thrown at them, every hit they throw connects with their target, and they seem to know everything. Even things they would have no way of knowing! That's just wrong.
2. Do not use Mary Sues, in any form.
Unless it's for great lulz, do not use these miserable creatures. Mary Sues are characters that are just perfect in every fathomable way; they are very good-looking, they right every wrong, and everyone falls in love with them. Any characters matching this description will be locked into Cold Storage.
Also sorry but vampires don't sparkle. The resident vampires can and will utterly destroy your vampire if they sparkle without being bathed in glitter.
